Over the past decade, Cuatrecasas has experienced remarkable growth, with accumulated revenues increasing by 52.2% or an impressive €133.3 million.
In terms of team expansion, Cuatrecasas welcomed 396 new members in 2023. Of these, 68% joined as lawyers, while the remaining 32% joined various other groups within the firm. The majority of the new recruits, totaling 380 people, were internal promotions. In terms of gender diversity, 151 of the new recruits were men, while 245 were women. The new members included 270 lawyers, 4 paralegals, 78 professionals from the organization, and 44 secretariat staff.
