RocaJunyent Expands Labour Law Team with Addition of Albert Martínez Rodríguez

Girona, Spain – RocaJunyent, a law firm based in Girona, has welcomed Albert Martínez Rodríguez as a new partner in their labour law team. Martínez joins the firm from Vàzquez Advocats, a boutique labour law firm, bringing his expertise in collective bargaining, restructuring processes, and litigation.

Martínez has a strong background in litigating individual and collective matters before the Social Jurisdiction. He is also skilled in providing preventive and pre-litigation advice in labour and social security law, as well as representing clients before the labour and Social Security Inspection. His addition to the team at RocaJunyent expands their labour law division to 5 partners and 15 lawyers.

This move represents a continued effort to strengthen the firm’s labour practice. In 2023, RocaJunyent brought on Alberto Novoa and his team from Ceca Magán as partners in Madrid. They also welcomed María José Sánchez in Barcelona, along with her team of labour lawyers from Augusta Abogados.

RocaJunyent’s Girona office, where Martínez will be based, currently has two partners and three senior professionals. These individuals specialize in various aspects of business law, including corporate law, restructuring, insolvency, and labour law.

With Martínez’s expertise and experience, RocaJunyent aims to better serve its clients in labour-related matters. His addition to the team further solidifies the firm’s commitment to providing top-notch legal services in Girona and beyond.
