Capital Murderer Who Killed Huntsville STAC Agent Sentenced to Death in Landmark Case
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – LaJeremony Brown, a man convicted for the murder of Huntsville STAC Agent Billy Clardy III, was formally sentenced to death by a Madison County Judge on Friday. The jury had previously found Brown guilty of capital murder in October and voted to sentence him to death with a 10-2 majority in November.
