Aransas County Grand Jury Indicts 14 Individuals for Various Felony Charges

Rockport, Texas – A grand jury in Aransas County recently convened and issued 14 indictments against several individuals, all facing various charges. The indictments serve as a significant development in the ongoing legal proceedings in the area.

The grand jury also indicted Dathan Falkner, 37, for burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit another felony, as a first-degree felony, as well as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Jose Gutierrez Manriquez, 30, is facing charges for aggravated assault, continuous family violence, and abandoning or endangering a child.

Jacob Hardy, 40, has been indicted on multiple counts, including manual delivery of methamphetamine as a first-degree felony, evading arrest detention with a vehicle as a third-degree felony, tampering with physical evidence as a third-degree felony, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as a state jail felony. George McDonald, 66, is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Christopher Mundine, 34, is facing a charge of possession of methamphetamine as a state jail felony. Ethel Picarazzi, 51, has been indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. Shane Smith, 38, is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated, marking his third offense. Remington Cain Whitstine, 26, is indicted for possession of methamphetamine as a state jail felony. David Wilkinson, 32, faces charges of burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit another felony and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Lastly, Ernestine Parker, 52, has been indicted for bail jumping and failure to appear as a third-degree felony.
