Stark County Prosecutor Caroline Borden Campion Appointed as Judge for Central Illinois Circuit

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Stark County State’s Attorney Caroline Borden Campion has been appointed as a judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit, which encompasses several central Illinois counties. The Illinois Supreme Court recently announced that Borden Campion would fill the vacancy left by the passing of Circuit Judge Bruce Fehrenbacher in November.
