Oshkosh, Wis. — The city is seeking input from residents regarding the potential legalization of utility task vehicles (UTVs) and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) on local streets. Presently, Oshkosh prohibits the operation of UTVs entirely, while ATVs are restricted to snow removal on sidewalks and driveways during winter months.
