WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A warm-hearted initiative is underway as the Lycoming Law Association opens its doors to homemade blankets destined for local children in need. These generously crafted blankets are part of Project Linus, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comfort to children through handmade gifts.
