Lincoln, Neb. — Lincoln City Councilwoman Tammy Ward, facing charges stemming from a September DUI arrest, entered a plea of not guilty and has requested a jury trial, legal documents revealed Tuesday. On the evening of September 18, police reportedly found Ward asleep in her running vehicle which was parked at Haymarket Park.
