Decatur Police Officers Request Dismissal of Lawsuit in Steve Perkins’ Shooting Death

DECATUR, Ala. – Three Decatur police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Steve Perkins are requesting the dismissal of a federal lawsuit, according to court documents. Christopher Mukadam, Joey Williams, and Vance Summers are seeking the termination of the lawsuit that was filed in response to the officer-involved shooting.
