RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Pope County in Arkansas may soon see the construction of a new casino, following years of anticipation. Judge Ben Cross, a key figure in the county, supports the proposal put forth by Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) of Catoosa, Oklahoma.
