Former NBA Star Scottie Pippen and Ex-Wife Larsa Sued for Harassment and Stalking, $250 Million Lawsuit Claims

Chicago, Illinois – Former Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen and his ex-wife Larsa Pippen have been hit with a lawsuit alleging harassment and stalking. Chyvette Valentine, who claims to be Pippen’s former girlfriend, filed the lawsuit against Pippen, Larsa, and Pippen’s brother Carl in the Circuit Court of Cook County. In the court documents, Valentine accuses the trio, along with the Chicago Bulls, of causing her suffering. She is seeking $250 million in damages.

Valentine alleges that she had an on-and-off relationship with Pippen from 1987 to 1993, which ultimately ended after she was allegedly raped by Pippen and his brother. The alleged sexual assault resulted in the birth of her son, Devonte Pippen, who tragically passed away in 2011. After their relationship ended, Valentine claims that Pippen used his celebrity status to stalk and harass her, causing severe mental and emotional issues.

According to Valentine, she attempted to file a police report against Pippen, but he allegedly used his connections with local, state, and federal employees to have it canceled. She also alleges that Pippen falsified her medical reports to portray her as mentally ill. Valentine further claims that the stalking led to her losing employment opportunities and housing.

This is not the first time Valentine has taken legal action against Pippen. In 2019, she sued him for $9,999 in small claims court, seeking reimbursement for expenses incurred during their relationship, including travel expenses to see Pippen during his road games.

A court date for the current harassment and stalking lawsuit has been set for May 2. Meanwhile, Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa has moved on and is now dating Marcus Jordan, the son of Pippen’s former Bulls teammate Michael Jordan. Pippen is currently on his “No Bull” tour in Australia, participating in public appearances with other former Bulls players. The tour aims to discuss Michael Jordan, the Bulls’ NBA titles, and the controversial ESPN documentary “The Last Dance,” which has received criticism for its alleged favorable portrayal of Jordan, who reportedly had final say in the project.

The outcome of the lawsuit will be closely watched, as it has the potential to shed light on the allegations made by Chyvette Valentine against Scottie Pippen and his family.
