McHenry County Indicts Eight Individuals on Various Charges, Including Driving with Revoked Licenses and Retail Theft

Wauconda, McHenry County – A recent McHenry County grand jury report revealed a list of individuals who have been indicted on various charges. It is important to note that these individuals have not yet been proven guilty in a court of law.

Among those indicted is Robert J. McMullin, a 60-year-old resident from Cary. McMullin is facing charges of driving while his license was revoked. Similarly, Alan T. Graziano, a 60-year-old from Wauconda, has been indicted for driving with a suspended license.

Another individual on the list is Jonathan B. Sawyer, a 50-year-old from Round Lake Beach. He is facing multiple charges, including driving with a revoked license, attempting to elude a police officer, and driving with an expired registration.

David A. Jenkins, a 42-year-old from McHenry, has also been indicted for driving with a revoked license. Additionally, Todd N. Carricker, a 33-year-old from Johnsburg, is facing charges of obstructing justice, resisting arrest, possessing drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license.

Eric S. Tinson, a 39-year-old resident of Crystal Lake, has been indicted on two counts of aggravated DUI with two prior violations, as well as two counts of aggravated DUI while his license was suspended or revoked.

The grand jury report also includes Terry J. Johnson, a 62-year-old from Aurora, who has been indicted for retail theft with a previous conviction, as well as driving with a revoked license.

Kyle D. Parker, a 40-year-old resident of Rockford, is facing charges of retail theft of property worth more than $300 and retail theft with a previous conviction.

Finally, Stephanie Tepepa, a 22-year-old resident of Crystal Lake, is facing multiple charges, including aggravated battery, domestic battery, violating an order of protection, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
