New York Festivals Unveils Prestigious Jury for Inaugural AME Greater China Awards, Celebrating 30 Years of Excellence in Marketing and Advertising

New York — As the AME Awards marks its 30th year celebrating achievements in advertising and marketing effectiveness, the introduction of the inaugural AME Greater China Awards Executive Jury has been unveiled. This panel, composed of prominent Chinese agency and brand executives, is recognized for their profound knowledge and expertise in fostering creative campaigns that not only meet marketing challenges but also achieve measurable success.

The newly formed AME Greater Skin-Care China Executive Jury consists of leaders celebrated for their proven track records in developing strategies that inspire action and deliver tangible outcomes. These experts will scrutinize this year’s submissions across all categories in two detailed sessions. Initially, an online session will establish the 2024 AME Greater China Awards shortlist. This will be followed by a decisive live panel session, where the winners will be determined through a comprehensive discussion.

Gayle Seminara Mandel, VP Executive Director of AME Awards & AME Greater China Awards, expressed her gratitude for the jurors, noting, “Their commitment to recognizing and awarding creative excellence ensures that our inaugural panel will honor truly innovative and effective work.”

The executive jury for the AME Greater China Awards is chaired by Ida Siow of Ogilvy Asia, with jurors including highly esteemed figures such as Alice Chou from Dentsu Creative, Michael Dee of United Communications Group, and Yorf Guo from BlueFocus Group, among others. These jurors bring a diverse range of perspectives and expertise from across the Greater China region, enhancing the credibility and comprehensive assessment capabilities of the jury.

The proceedings for this year’s awards will kick off on July 10, with the jury convening for the final panel on July 28 at Shanghai Jiaotong University. This session promises to be a thorough deliberation of creative prowess where top marketing strategies will be highlighted.

Each participating agency’s submissions are assessed in terms of their impact, innovative approach, and how they contribute to solving marketing challenges. This rigorous evaluation culminates in the AME Report, an annual two-tiered ranking report that not only recognizes top agencies and brands across 30 countries but will also feature a special segment in its 2024 edition, dedicated to leaders from Greater China.

Given that the entry deadline for the awards is July 7, interested parties are encouraged to finalize submissions soon. The competition’s details—rules, regulations, categories—are readily available on the AME website, providing potential entrants with all necessary information to compete effectively.

Respecting such highly esteemed accolades as the AME Awards, agencies across Greater China are keen to showcase their innovative strategies and creative campaigns, striving to earn recognition on a celebrated platform that has honored outstanding achievement in the industry for three decades. This addition of the AME Greater China Awards indeed sets a new benchmark for advertising excellence in the region.
