Wolfe is facing indictments on first-degree felonies for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, trafficking in cocaine, and possession of cocaine. If convicted, he could potentially face up to 11 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Presently, Wolfe is being held at the Ross County Jail.
