Local Judge Denies Homicide Defendant’s Motion for Release in Fatal Shooting Case
WASHINGTON, D.C. – On February 2, a homicide defendant’s request for release was denied by DC Superior Court Judge Rainey Brandt, who deemed the weight of the evidence against him to be significantly strong.
