Nissan Denied Indemnification by Court After Brake System Linked to Fatal Crash
Cincinnati, Ohio – Nissan North America Inc. has been denied indemnification from its brake parts supplier, Continental Automotive Systems Inc., after a jury awarded millions of dollars in a case where the faulty braking system of a Nissan Infiniti caused a fatal crash.
