CHARLESTON, West Virginia – The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced its involvement in a multi-state lawsuit challenging the NCAA’s transfer eligibility rule, asserting that it unlawfully restricts college athletes’ ability to monetize their name, image, and likeness while controlling their education.
