San Jacinto, CA — A pedestrian accident early Sunday in San Jacinto has left a woman injured after a hit-and-run incident, authorities reported. The collision occurred on Meridian Street near Beringer Drive at about 8:00 a.m. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
