Las Vegas Judge Faces Attacker in Court, Sentences Him to Prison

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A judge in Las Vegas, Nevada was brutally attacked by a felon, and later sentenced him in court. The incident, which was captured on video, took place on January 3rd when the felon, identified as Redden, landed on top of Judge Holthus during a proceeding. Court officials and officers quickly intervened to restrain him, and Redden was subsequently arrested and jailed at the Clark County Detention Center.
