Officers Injured in South LA Patrol Car Collision at 108th Street Intersection

South Los Angeles, CA (AP) – Two deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department sustained injuries in a patrol car crash at the intersection of 108th Street and Vermont Avenue on January 8, 2024. The incident occurred at approximately 6 p.m. when the patrol car driven by LASD deputies collided with another vehicle. The exact cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
