Ross County Man Faces Multiple Charges for Allegedly Strangling and Assaulting Girlfriend
CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – A grand jury in Ross County returned all 19 of their cases on Friday, including one case classified as a misdemeanor and three others pending public release.
