BURIEN, Wash. – The City of Burien in Washington is facing a lawsuit over its public camping ordinance, which has been challenged by The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness and three unhoused individuals. Pharmaceutical Company PDL BioPharma Files Lawsuit Against Eli Lilly and Company Over Alzheimer’s Treatment Compensation

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Nevada-based company PDL BioPharma, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Eli Lilly and Company in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. PDL alleges that Eli Lilly used its technology to develop an Alzheimer’s disease treatment without compensating PDL.
