Oklahoma City, Okla. — A federal district judge announced Tuesday that the State of Oklahoma has offered sufficient evidence to demonstrate that poultry litter pollution in the Illinois River Watershed (IRW) has not significantly changed since the onset of a lengthy legal battle.
