Waldo County Grand Jury Issues Multiple Indictments Spanning Theft, Assault, and Drug Charges

BELFAST, Maine — A Waldo County grand jury issued a series of indictments on March 20-21, implicating multiple residents in a range of criminal activities spanning from drug offenses to violent crimes.

Kathleen A. Winslow, 39, from Swanville, faces charges for unlawful possession of controlled substances as of December 22. Scott A. Clark, accused on two counts of gross sexual assault in Prospect, is dated for incidents on March 1 and September 1, 2019.

In theft and deception related charges, Nicholas A. Parker, 37, of Belmont, was indicted for theft by deception and home repair fraud on June 27 in Swanville. Similarly, Richard D. York II, 31, from Belfast was indicted for the same charges on November 14 in Northport.

From Brooks, Dustyn M. Wood, 34, was handed two counts of unlawful possession of controlled substances and a violation of release conditions on February 7 in Belfast. Austin T. Stevens, 31, of Swanville, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking on October 4.

Brittany Saucier, 24, of Belfast, faced multiple charges including receiving stolen property, unlawful drug possession, and multiple counts of violating release conditions spread between August and June.

Bryan E. Rolerson Jr., 36, of Liberty is facing multiple charges including possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, reckless conduct, and several violations of release conditions on November 13. He was also charged with hunting or shooting from a motor vehicle on the same day.

More indictments include Frances E. Richardson, 30, of Swanville for two counts of unlawful drug possession on October 28. Clyde E. Potter, 38, of Monroe, faces charges for operating after revocation, violating a condition of release, and failure to give a correct name on March 9.

Elizabeth L. Lesan, 40, of Morrill, is accused of burglary, theft, and forgery on December 1. Numerous other residents were indicted on various charges including theft, drug offenses, and violating conditions of release, reflecting a broad spectrum of criminal activities within the county.
