Washington, D.C. – The husband of Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran who was shot and killed by an officer during the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, has filed a $30 million lawsuit against the U.S. government. Husband Awarded $4 Million in Damages after Wife’s Tragic Outcome at Saint Luke’s Hospital

Jackson County, Missouri – A jury in Jackson County has awarded nearly $4 million in damages to the husband of a woman who underwent an above-the-knee amputation after receiving treatment for sepsis and an infected pseudoaneurysm at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City.
