Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia – Richard Tuttle, a former lawyer and multi-talented musician and novelist, has taken on a new role as a board member for the Chestnut Hill Local. Tuttle, who has practiced law for 41 years, joined the board after becoming a member of the Chestnut Hill Community Association.
