Kvon Lawhorn faces charges for the shooting that occurred in October outside the now-closed Barfield’s Bar and Grill on Frontage Road near Palmetto Pointe Boulevard. Lawhorn allegedly shot two individuals, resulting in the death of 23-year-old Starquan Washington.
