LOUIS (AP) — Mark McCloskey, a resident of St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking to have his misdemeanor conviction expunged after gaining notoriety for brandishing a gun at social justice demonstrators. Reportedly, McCloskey filed a request with a local judge this week to wipe the conviction from his record.
