Lubbock, Texas – Texas Tech sophomore guard Richard “Pop” Isaacs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl while in Paradise Island, The Bahamas, for a college basketball tournament, according to a civil lawsuit filed in Lubbock County. The girl and her parents filed the lawsuit, alleging that Isaacs engaged in unconsented physical and sexual contact with her.
