MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — A Knox County Grand Jury issued 14 indictments in its session on June 16, addressing a variety of offenses ranging from theft to drug possession. Among those indicted are Mount Vernon residents Tiffany M. Speakman, Mika J. Wagnor, and Daniel J. Williams Jr., along with Danielle M. Hoffmeier from Fredericktown.
