Teenagers Charged as Adults in Fatal Shooting of River Rouge Man Set to Face Jury Trial
RIVER ROUGE, Mich. — Two teenagers from Downriver, Michigan, are set to go to trial for the shooting death of a 21-year-old man. Dshaun Miller, 15, and Marcell Carter, 17, are facing charges as adults in the 2022 homicide case. The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, led by Kym Worthy, brought the charges against the two teenagers.
