Kansas Prosecutors Request Dismissal of Charges in Jackson Mahomes Assault Case
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Kansas prosecutors are seeking to dismiss three felony charges against Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, in connection with an alleged assault that took place at a suburban Kansas City establishment earlier this year. The incident occurred on February 25, 2023, at Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park.
