Washington, D.C. – A federal jury awarded $148 million in damages on Friday to two former Georgia election workers who filed a defamation lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani. The workers, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss and her mother Ruby Freeman, were subjected to racist threats and harassment after Giuliani spread lies about them in 2020.
