Village of Wellsville Strengthens Codes to Tackle Unsafe Properties and Improve Community Standards
Wellsville, a Village located in Allegany County, has implemented new laws aimed at addressing unsafe and unsightly properties. Recently passed by the village board, these laws provide the codes office with greater authority in dealing with properties that do not meet safety standards.
