DETROIT (AP) — A former narcotics cop who faced controversy and civil lawsuits during his time with the Detroit Police Department is now facing new allegations of wrongdoing. Matthew Zani, along with five other private security officers, is being sued in federal court by two Black visitors to Detroit’s Renaissance Center.
