KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A federal judge recently dismissed a lawsuit filed by a Kansas resident against Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett, who wrongfully implicated the plaintiff in a fatal incident that occurred during a rally for the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl win.
