Philadelphia, PA — In a recent ruling, U.S. District Judge Michael M. Baylson confirmed a previous decision, stating that the Philadelphia Eagles’ insurance claim related to COVID-19 losses does not meet the necessary legal criteria for coverage due to lack of physical damage to their property.
