Boston, Massachusetts – A 37-year-old man from Haverhill was apprehended on Thursday for unlawful possession of a semiautomatic pistol and ammunition, despite having a prior felony conviction. Rashad Diggs, also known as “Summers,” was charged by a federal grand jury for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
