Georgia Judge Refuses to Dismiss Dwight Howard Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Orders Sealing of Explicit Text Messages

Atlanta, Georgia – A judge in Gwinnett County has denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing Dwight Howard, a former NBA player, of sexual assault and battery.
